My name is Retro. We have 2 core missions: (1) Develop an XRP-based gaming platform, and (2) build our core gaming product, Retro!
Retro is an 8-bit gaming platform developed exclusively for the XRP Ledger. The mission is to accelerate the adoption of XRP and the XRP Ledger ecosystem. We are also developing our core gaming project, a Retro 2De style arcade gaming platform for content creators and developers.
We introduced meme coin on the XRPL that is open to the XRP community.
Our inspiration
Retro is a product of the 1980's era. Youth in the 80's was all about new gaming systems. We enjoyed the brand new and cutting-edge platforms like Atari, Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) and Sega Genesis.
current trends
The current systems are great fun. Hours of first-person shooters on the X Box One X and the Playstation 5 is all the hype. We're are fans of role-playing games, racers, puzzle, and indie games.
